Here is a video on how to check if Flying Pages is working or not: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T658UlOKdx8

I checked your site. It’s not working properly. Your server is sending a “no-store” in Cache-Control response header. Where is your hosting? It’s usually due to an additional caching layer

    My hosting is with LCN.com

@mikes46 Ok. Pls contact your hosting provider to remove “no-store” from cache-control. It’s not because of Flying Pages, browsers don’t allow this. That’s why

Thank you. Will do this today.

I have been in touch with my hosting provider and they haven’t ever heard of this. Could you advise me more about this so they can look into this further. Thanks.

Basically we’ve to get rid of that “no-store”. If you’ve any server-side caching by hosting provider, try disabling it

This is what the host provider has said.

We don’t have any server side caching tools/programs for sure, as it can mess things up and some people do not like server side caching.

They are suggesting Flying Pages probably isn’t compatible with WP Fastest Cache.

@mikes46 Ok. Let me test it out with WP Fastest Cache in detail. I’ll get back to you

@gw808092 nope, it’s not working due to the cache-control: max-age=0 header

@gijo Thanks for the reply. Please can you suggest what to do to make it work?

Like, what should i enable/disable on WP Rocket to make it work.

Or what I should do to Header.php to make it work.

    Thanks

@gw808092 it’s usually the hosting provider which inject that response header. Try contacting them.

But I’m still doing research to see if this can be solved via plugin itself. I’ll get back after a few days

@gijo Okay, thank you so much. I await your feedback. Thanks

@gijo has this been tested yet with WP Fastest Cache please?

    Plugin Author Gijo Varghese

    (@gijo)

@mikes46 yes, it’s tested with WP Fastest Cache and it works well. If you’re facing issues, it must be the hosting provider. Check the new ‘Compatibility’ tab inside Flying Pages’ settings

    Thread Starter IanW

    (@mikes46)

@gijo i have checked compatibility and it says it is, but you said it wasn’t working on my site and told me to talk to my hosting company to see if they have caching. I spoke to them and they don’t and have said it is probably WP Fastest Cache. You said you was going to test it and get back to me. You didn’t get back to me so I’m a bit confused now if flying pages is or is not compatible! All previous messages are above this message.
