    I can not even generate or view pdfs

    Hello!

    If you click the preview button in the pdf designer do you still get this error? Or it only happens when you try to create a real pdf?

    oh sorry i didn’t see that the first error was related to the preview button. Another question though, have you done any modification to the pdf template? or you are using the default one?

    I haven’t heard from you so i am going to close this ticket (btw, i think the latest version of the plugin will fix this issue).
