Is data stored in the database by CF7BD pseudonymised?

Hi, I hope you can help!

I have tasked with findig out whether contact form 7 submissions are stored anywhere once submitted. I believe that when used in conjuction with your plugin they are! So my next question is when they are stored in the Database is the information ‘pseudonymised’ and if so could you let me know the pseudonymisation technique(s) that you are used and how you will prevent any re-identification of the individuals submitting the data!
