is customizer.js is a must in wordpress?

Why do you want to delete it? Where is this file located? It’s not part of WP core, but may be part of some plugin or theme.

I have few days ago made pagespeed test in google insight .

it gave me advice to remove navigation.js because I am using it.

I have my own code for navigation. it gave me also advice to remove jquery cdn in footer.php.

because I am trying to style everything on my own I thought maybe this customizer.js is unnecassery.

in reality I am about 9 months busy to learn webdesign as part time hobby.

I have changed payed menu plug ins with my own JS code . the same for slider show and contact-form.

this is my first website which was already finished but at the last moment I encounterd with a problem with using flex and position fixed in the container on the top of the page and now I am trying to fix it but it seems this empty place at the top wil not be solved with flex or bootstrap..

I want to understand everything because after I finish this website I wil learn optimizing it . I know that I have to compress images use CDN and correct broken links ,cashing etc .plus after I finish this website I wil learn elementor pro and woocommerce.

I am curios . I couldn’t find the right answer in google so I asked here.
