Is CleanTalk Blocking Countries?

    Hi, This is a client’s website. I run Google Ads for the client also. The ads were running well but now there are several disapproved ads because of issues with the website being blocked in countries other than the U.S. Could the cleantalk plugin be responsible for blocking countries outside of the U.S. from accessing / Google crawling the website? Please let me know and, if so, what can be done as soon as possible to remove the blocking of other countries. Thank you.

    The Anti-Spam plugin anyway does not block “good bots” like Google or MSN, neither if a country or a few is blacklisted in the personal lists.

    I’ve checked your logs and I can’t say they have a sign of such block you told us.

    If you know the IP address of the crawler that could be blocked inform us.

    Please, note that this question is about Cleantalk paid service, not about plugin code.

    Hi, Thank you for the quick response and I apologize for not using the support service. I do not have the IP address of the crawler from the Google Ads rep. I will continue to troubleshoot and will open a proper support ticket if I need to. Thank you!
