Is Brainstorm Force (UAE) a Scam?

  • Disclaimer – I have bought UAE not Beaver Builder however there isn’t a WP forum for that unfortunately.

    I bought it a few days back but haven’t received any support despite 10+ requests to their dedicated 24-hour response team.

    I have now requested a refund via support / emails / Skype e.t.c. and everything has been ignored for 3 days … is this a scam?

    I have seen this issue raised before on WP and their founder Sujay says refunds are dealt with immediately (or to email him) – but I’ve tried that too. Anyone have any advice?

    Sorry to hear that you felt so. I see that you are unhappy with the Ultimate Addons for Elementor and not the plugin that you’ve opened this thread for.

    However, here are our answers to the concerns shared above –

    I have bought UAE not Beaver Builder however there isn’t a WP forum for that, unfortunately.
    -> The reason there is no forum for the Ultimate Addons for Elementor on the WordPress repository is that we do not have a free version for this plugin. It is a premium plugin sold on our store only.

    I bought it a few days back but haven’t received any support despite 10+ requests to their dedicated 24-hour response team.
    -> I’d love to take a closer look into it. Can you please share your ticket ID for me to see?

    -> We do get back to users through our support center. I will need the ticket ID to understand what exactly went wrong.

    -> Yes, we do process refunds when requested within 14 days of purchase. Please share your email ID for me to look into it.
