what is the RSS feed that you are using = does the RSS feed have those characters in it?

I’ve contacted their support and they think it is a problem with it reading their feed incorrectly. I’m not sure that is the case though.

I am seeing that using feedreader.com to pull it in as well. What did you use to see that?

I will try a few and take screenshots and send to their support team. Hopefully if they see several platforms having the issue they will resolve it.
