Is AutoFocus compatible with Social Media plugins?

Hi everybody
I had AF 1.4 for almost two years and I had social media icons displayed in my posts without any problem; I used different plugins such as Shareaholic, ShareThis and Sociable.
Since I upgraded to v2.0.2 a few days ago, there is no way to have any of these plugins working; i.e. icons just don’t show up in my posts if I use Shareaholic and Sociable while with ShareThis settings page is not even available…..
I am wondering what the problem could be, it seems unlikely that all of these plugins are having, all of sudden + all together + at the same time some sort of malfunctionings.
I do hope someone can give me an advice on how to sort this out!!
