Is anyone sucessfully using Flash 8 Video?

  • I have tried various plug-ins, and while Kimili Flash Embed did load the movie, the controls (ClearOverAll.swf, for example) do not load correctly. Anyone have any suggestions?

  • Flash versions are backward compatable. If you are using a plugin coded in an older version of flash, flash 8 will play it with no problem. Im not sure what you are trying to say really.

    I am trying to use the custom controls that are only available with Flash 8. For the video files, it creates three files – the .flv file, the movie.swf, and then a seperate .swf for the movie controls.
