Is anyone still supporting this theme?

Hi, is anyone still supporting this theme?
I am trying to place an image map in the header image with the social icons, but having a few issues with the coding. Can anyone respond so I might discuss it a little more?
It would be a whole bunch easier if I knew how to move the social bar to the top.
I don’t mind buying the premium version, but I will encounter the same problem.
