  • And WP will publish tomorrow a big update….. all other plug in support teams have started already to provide info about moving to php 8 and new WP release…. I’m a bit scared. More than a bit, in fact

    I am asking because it is now 2 weeks that they have not replied to anybody. They just disappeared after the last release. And I am also struggling since June with a bug that they have also acknowledged.

    And by the way, the days after a release are crucial since there are away a lot of things to be fixed.

    If they are al gone, it is more prudent to evaluate another solution.

    Honestly, I was hyped for your awesome plugin, but your support is totally shit. So many tickets opened and no answer at all. Sad, honestly.

    They are clearly gone, and busy on other stuff.
    No answers from 3 weeks means that there is nobody behind the plugin and it has been abandoned.
    To be on the safe side, we need to get prepared with alternative plugins and getting ready to switch over if this project has been left from WC Lovers.
    I started testing other solutions.

    Dear @marty2010 and @pievedepitti the situation is now pretty clear. it is enough to see the tickets of the last 3 weeks.

    We all have responsibilities and even though I liked the Plugin I am testing the other big player on the market. It is expensive, but I guess we need something we can rely on.

    I also advised WC Lovers to change approach: having all users paying i.e. €90 / year and investing in resources and support. They could be the best on the market, but not with this “ghost” organization. But they did not followed the advice. It is a shame.
