“is a required field” Error

    Does not seem to pick up inputted values.
    The same case when fields are not set to required inputted values are not recorded during submission.

    WP and plugins are already updated including WooCommerce Builder For Divi and Divi theme as well.

  • I am not sure if we have the same problem and I must say it worked flawlessly before.

    There are two custom fields, one is a required one (radio buttons), the other one a text field just optional. https://snipboard.io/TyvX7i.jpg

    WordPress, WooCommerce and Divi are all on the latest version and all the plugins are updated too.

    I have reinstalled the Checkout Field Manager just to be sure but the result is:

    – The required field does not prompt the user for an input
    – The required field only ever passes on the value of the YES
    – The comment field is not passed on at all.

    In my case, (for Divi theme) I was supposed to use the Woocommerce Builder Checkout module (single module) rather than Woo’s regular checkout modules (multiple modules).
