Is a confirmation email possible?

I am trying to use the Mail and Mail (2) settings to have a confirmation email sent back to the person who filled out the form. The email variable in my form is [Email] but when I put this in I get a syntax error. I’ve tried it with quotes around it. I’ve tried adding it in various ways in the Additional Headers area but everything I try gives me a syntax error. Is it even possible to use the [Email] variable to send an email to the person who filled out the form? Thank you.

This is my email line from the Form.

What would I place in the TO field under Mail (2)??
[email* Email] gives an error.
[Email] gives an error.
“[Email]” gives an error.I’ve tried several ways to do this using this link but nothing is working.
