Irresponsible support

I paid for the PRO version. could not access it.Requested help. Got two replies. Did not help. I wrote, emails, tweeted. Absolutely no response, no apologies, no help instructions. Now Squirrly has the money and I don’t have the pro-version. Never again.Giving no stars.
