IQY not working

  • On one of my websites IQY is not working (not retrieving any data).

    If I use the link shown in the “Advanced Export” mode I get to the login page but after logging in I get to the dashboard. (On a different website an IQY file is downloaded after logging in.)

    Any clue where the problem could come from?
