IPv6 entry in whitelist

when entering an ipv6 to whitelist – i get the error:
<p>…….is not a valid ip address format.</p>
Even if i take the ipv6 from your info description….
any idea what i could do?
I need the enty for a client, who can’t login any more, since he changed to IPv6.
