IPv6 Addresses?

  • Is Wordfence able to read and block IPv6 addresses? I get a few spammers with these and my old IP blocking plugin was unable to handle them.
    [Jul 03 10:14:06] Wordfence can’t get the IP of clients and therefore can’t operate. We received IP: 2601:6:3880:116:3020:f083:244c:1ef8. X-Forwarded-For was: 2601:6:3880:116:3020:F083:244C:1EF8 REMOTE_ADDR was: 2601:6:3880:116:3020:f083:244c:1ef8 Headers that may contain the client IP: SERVER_ADDR => 66.147.242.89

    Now I am getting scan errors on these IPv6 addresses, but it will clear the error when it finally encounters what it considers a valid ID:
    [Jul 03 10:14:06] Wordfence is now receiving IP addresses correctly. We received 67.240.151.236 from a visitor.
