No, not at this time. Pulling this data from your images and utilizing them inside WP and within FooGallery would take some customization and development.
FooGallery does have a built-in “Simple Portfolio” template that will display Title and Captions, but these would come from the image meta fields within WordPress.
This is an interesting idea for a FooGallery extension though, so I’ve put it on the list of possibilities.

It seems this plugin allows you to “map” IPTC/XMP data to WP image meta data fields. If you do this in combination with FooGallery and with using the Simple Portfolio template, you may be able to accomplish what you need.
