I get blocked when using Safari 16.1. Another user is reporting the same block on Windows. I have disabled this rule under Firewall > All Firewall Options > Aditional Options, but I’m still getting blocked. I can get in through Chrome.

Hi @billymitchelldesign, thanks for your message.

This seems unusual to me as if there was a configuration issue or rules were too strict on your site, I wouldn’t even expect Chrome to succeed. I’ve not heard of Safari or other browsers sending blank or invalid User-Agent and Referer elsewhere with our other customers.

It would be helpful if you could obtain the instances of these blocks showing up in Live Traffic, expanding the entry by clicking on it, and grab a screenshot of what Wordfence is seeing. You can obscure any sensitive information like IPs or absolute folder paths when uploading to a site like Snipboard.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
