IPs to be whitelisted

Hi,
just a quick question. I use free Cloudflare and it says to whitelist those IPs heer,

https://shortpixel.helpscoutdocs.com/article/52-ips-to-be-whitelistedI just set up the Firewall rule to allow those IPs under Cloudflare Firewall/Firewall Rules and should I also whitelist those under Firewall/Tools?
