IPN History on PayPal and site connection

WordPress v 3.5+ Donate extra v 2.02 changed in setting to:
WP. settings
Enable IPN debugging results to be sent to you via emailPaypal settings IPN
https://www.unknowntrack.com/wp-content/plugins/donate-extra/paypal.phpStill site not refreshing when someone donate. And i am not getting any emails is there an error. In payapll it says error code 405 http, trying 14 times now it says
