iPhone ‘View On Website’ not working

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, can you send screenshots of exactly where you are seeing the issue?

Same issue here. We are linking from your App to both a Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop. Using iPhone the ‘View on Website’ button works fine on Instagram but not Facebook. This perhaps suggests the problem is within FB or of course the iPhone/FB interaction rather than the app.

https://www.facebook.com/zinamusicart is inactive, and doesn’t link to the product.

I checked your facebook page but the only link I could find was this: https://d.pr/i/zX1r85

Could you send us some screenshots that reference what you are describing when you say “is inactive, and doesn’t link to the product.”?

It seems to work ok when I view via desktop: https://a.cl.ly/mXuJDWA0 – Does it work ok for you on a computer (I don’t have a phone with app installed handy, but we can check that too)?

Yes the button works fine on my Mac but not on my iPhone.

I’d recommend you reset/delete the Facebook products and check if this works.

Oh dear! The curious thing is that it works fine on our Insta Shop, so suspect FB is just not responding to the request from the iPhone for whatever reason. Thanks for doing your best.
