• Hi,

    Thanks for a great plugin.
    I have WordPress and your Plugin fully up to date, but I’m getting the following issue for the last while.
    The issue happens on the Google app for iPhone, but is fine on Safari for iPhone and is also fine on all Useragents from PC.
    See below link.
    1) Use Google App only for iPhone (not Chrome app)
    2) Add the DVD to your shopping cart
    3) Proceed to checkout

    Then you get the following screen and can’t proceed any further.
    It has been like this for maybe 6 weeks now.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    I’m using W3 Total Cache also.

    This is the screen I get when I click Proceed To Checkout on the iPhone Google app only:

    Hi, have you tested a different theme like one of WordPress default themes, Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen?

    Hi,

    My apologies for the delay in reply.
    Yes I tested it using the Twenty Sixteen theme, but the same thing happens.
    It is an issue on the iPhone Google app only.
    This wasn’t always the case, as it worked OK a few months ago.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your quick reply!
    I hadn’t W3 Total Cache set up correctly for the plugin, so I added that line to the required textbox, purged all caches and tried again, but to no avail.
    The same thing happens.
    Have you tried it on an iPhone using the Google app, (not the Chrome app) and do you get the same result?

    Hi,

    Thanks for this.
    Hopefully it gets resolved.
    I have tested it on a couple of iPhones and its the same issue on each one.
    The app i am using is the “Google” app, not the “Chrome” app.
    It works OK on the chrome app.
    Everything is up to date on the site and the iPhone.

    This would be a paypal issue with the app you are using. You will need to show it to the paypal support team and ask them why paypal is not accepting the submission.
