• I created a group chat using the wise chat plugin but the conversion from i Phone is not reflected.
    My main language is Japanese.
If I insert a line after the conversion and confirm it, or if I use the “! mark, etc., the conversion is reflected without any problem.
Is there any solution to this problem?

    Hello @wheelsho

Could please clarify what exactly do you have in mind by “conversion”.

    Thank you for your reply.

By conversion, I mean that in the case of Japanese, you type “hiragana” on the keyboard, then convert it to kanji on the keyboard and type it in.
In that case, even though the kanji is properly converted to kanji at the stage before you press the send button, the conversion may not be reflected in the chat.

This can be prevented by putting a line break at the end of a sentence or putting a “! mark at the end of a sentence.
Also, this bug seems to occur only with the iPhone’s stock keyboard, and also with previous IOS versions.

Do you know the cause of this problem?

I hope you can address this issue because it is a great plugin and I would love to install it on my site.
Thank you for the great plugin!
