iPhone app not finding XML-RPC service

  • I am using wordpress in my portal with SSL !

    I’m trying to use the WordPress Post app for the iPhone with NO success.

    Getting the error “… could not find the XML-RPC service …..”

    is it because the xmlrpc ping needs to be http:80 ?

    is it possible to remote connect/post using SSL/443 ?
