    Hi team,

    I bought the ipage flipbook plugin from Envato elements, and when I use it on my website, it gives the following error when I upload a PDF (Unexpected server response (0) while retrieving PDF). Could you assist?

    When do you get this error? Can you just upload a PDF file via WP Media Library?
