Ipaddress blocked for security reasons

I was trying to create a new WordPress user for my Website. When testing it, I misspelled username/password more than 3 times (apparently) and was locked out by “ipaddress blocked for security reasons”. As all traffic from my company goes out form this address, I couldn’t get to the website admin console and had to have my hosting provider disable the all-in-one-wp security and firewall.
How do I active the plugin again without locking myself out once more?
