Ipad Testing the App NOT Working

Hi,
(1) IOS – I’ve tried the test application but cannot get it to work on my Ipad.
The free WP plugin is installed on my wordpress site.
The app is installed on my Ipad.
It just keeps saying
“Missing Plugin”
You need to install our WordPress Plugin.

Does anyone know if there is an extra step i’m missing?

(2) Android phone A40 – same issue.
