iPad playback fix for iOS6

I have been struggling with this issue and finally found the solution here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4367075?start=0&tstart=0

Apple changed something so iOS 6 can’t play H.264 mp4s that have the field order set to Lower instead of Progressive.
