IP2Location Tags Can’t Get Past Get Started Page

    Hello, I just installed IP2Location Tags plugin (2.10.6) but can’t get past “Get Started” popup when I enter the plugin settings. I click the Get Started button and nothing happens. Can’t exit the popup either.

    Can you attach a screenshot of the error message?

    Hello, there isn’t an error and you should be able to see it on your end as well. The first time I go into Settings/IP2Location Tags there is a Get Started Window on top of the main page. It reads ” IP2Location Tags provides a solution to easily get the visitor’s location information based on IP address and customize the content display for different countries.

    This is a step-by-step guide to setup this plugin.”

    I then click the button “Get Started” and nothing happens.

    Hi,

    It seems like the Javascript is not loaded properly. We have released version 2.10.7 for this fix.
