IP2Location database was outdated

Hi,

There’s a warning that says the plugin database was outdated and I need to download / update the plugin for it to be resolved – https://snag.gy/f80zka.jpg. I already did and as of this writing, the plugin is at latest version 1.13.1 (https://snag.gy/qOcrad.jpg)

So I assume that the warning prevented me from updating the values coz when I edit the rows, it does not save the said changes.

Some details that might help.
1) Hosting: WPEngine
2) Cache: I have purged all cache and still the issue still there.
3) Other plugins installed:
