IP Whitelisting not working

    Hi,

    I just purchased the pro version of the plugin and I’d like to whitelist some IP addresses. But I’m unable to write anything in the “IP Whitelisting” field. Could you kindly tell me where the issue is?

    Thanks for the fast reply. However, clicking on “Open a support ticket now” in the plugin redirects me here. Could you kindly share the correct link?

    It sounds like you still have the free version installed as “Open a support ticket now” button is only in the free version. Please follow the instructions in your purchase email to download and install the PRO version or contact us through the website if you need help with that ??
