I wonder who can even think of the idea to show IP Spam warning by just before starting the site. It scares away customers!

    hello @vadimpetrenko

The message you are talking about contains full information about reasons for blocking.
Moreover, the blocking screen automatically redirects a real visitor to your site in a few seconds.

However, we will discuss your suggestion among the team.

    We will contact you soon.

This is the SpamFireWall lock screen. SFW blocks the most active spam bots before visiting the site. You can learn more about this on our website or in the plugin description.

SpamFireWall does not block all visitors, but only those bots that have high spam activity. SFW logs are available in your control panel. Some VPN addresses can also have spam activity, as spammers and real people use the same address. If this accidentally works for a real visitor, he will go to the site in 3 seconds.

In the plugin settings, there is an option to disable SFW.

If you have questions about the service, please write to the email [email protected] or create a ticket https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.

    Thank you!

    Hello @vadimpetrenko

We investigated this problem. In the latest release, we made some changes in SFW and some networks could be added to SFW by a mistake.

    Here is a fixed version.

All changes will be added in the next release.

    Thank you!
