IP Not in Cache to Clear

  • Hello,

    I installed this plugin on another site and it worked fine without issue. When I installed it on my new site dancetolearnuniversity.com I’m getting the following message:

    IP Geo Block: Once you logout, you will be unable to login again because your country code or IP address is in the blacklist. Please confirm your local geolocation databases at “Local database settings” section and remove your IP address in cache at “Statistics in cache” section.

    My IP address is not in the “Statistics in Cache” section to clear.

    My country code is also not scanning:

    Geolite2 : n/a
    Maxmind : n/a
    IP2Location : IP2Location.class.php: Unable to open file “/home/content/p3pnexwpnas14_data03/30/41937930/html/wp-content/ip-geo-api/ip2location/IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB1.BIN”.

    Hi @dancetolearn,

    I’m sorry about this issue.

    To confirm the issue, I removed all the Geolocation database files in /wp-content/ip-geo-api/. You might got followings:

    Empty Gelocation DBs

    Database file does not exist

    I think your site failed to download the DB files from Maxmind and IP2Location, or failed to write them under /wp-content/ip-geo-api/.

    So first of all, please execute “Download now” at the bottom of “Local database settings” section.

    If downloading is failed, then the error message will appear at each row of DB. If it is successed, then you will find the message like “Last update: October 9, 2018 9:57 pm“.
