IP Not Detected as Proxy

Hi,
The following IP address is classed as a proxy and a high-risk malicious IP by IPQualityScore.com:
https://www.ipqualityscore.com/free-ip-lookup-proxy-vpn-test/lookup/86.106.2.130
However, the test on proxycheck.io does not detect this as a proxy at all and gives it a 0% Risk Score.
Please let me know if this can be fixed and if the accuracy of proxycheck.io can be matched to that of IPQualityScore.com.
