    Members of my team are getting page(s) blocked on https://compasslandandtitle.com with the following message “Security Firewall is activated for your IP address 173.231.60.195 (Blacklisted). We are the admins and accessing the site via 24.236.88.104. We host the site via Dreamhost.com on 64.111.120.64. I check the IP address on whatismyipaddress.com and it comes up clean. Yet this page is being blocked for users and displays the above message. I’m at a loss on how to resolve this

    Also, it shows my package as including the “extra Package” which should allow for the removal of IP lists by country/ Yet when I try to do that it asks me to upgrade the the
    extra package” — which it says I have already. Please advise.

    Please try to refresh the website’s cache. Also, check if you or your colleagues do not use VPN services, as the IP 173.231.60.195 belongs to VPN:
    https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/173.231.60.195#owner
