In the Black list of extra IP addresses prior to country code (CIDR) field in the Validation rule settings section of IP Geo Block, is it possible to insert IP ranges in the usual form IP ranges are specified? i.e. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/27?

It would also be helpful to know how to change this text field to a textarea… if possible w/o creating problems.

    Thanks,
    Don

    Absolutely yes.

Do you need more wide space to specify IPs?

OK! I’ll replace the text field to textarea in the next release.

    Thanks for your asking.

    To answer your question, yes.

I just installed your plugin during the morning of 4-8-16 because I’ve been getting hammered by spammers operating from multiple servers at a colocation outfit in NY. Currently, to keep track of my blacklisted IPs, I’m using a single column text file of addresses terminated by commas. When my text file’s contents are pasted into your input text field and the Save Changes button clicked, the list formats properly.

Thank you for your plugin, the prompt reply and considering my suggestion.

    Regards,

    Dear Don,

I implemented the textarea for the whitelist and blacklist of IPs in the release 2.2.4.1. You can use both comma for 1 line and RET for multi lines.

Onece I close this topic, but please feel free to giving me more suggestion.

    Thanks.
