All of the available options under general settings are returning 127.0.0.1 (localhost). This is a new problem; the site has been running the standard free version of Wordfence for at least a year.

    Hi @mpedersen,

I suspect something may have changed with the way your host is supplying visitor IP addresses to your site, perhaps because of a firewall or load balancer in order for this to happen after running successfully until now.

If their support channels are unable to shed any light on why this has happened, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Thanks for this response Peter, I will investigate and follow up. It does appear that this is isolated to a particular hosting package on a particular platform, as all the other sites I manage are reporting normally at this time (unless I’ve overlooked something).
