I’m not seeing the above IP appear on any blacklist checks and in fact, it seems to come from the same range as your website so there could be a problem with IP detection as all visitors are being seen as the same IP rather than all 7,000 hits being from the same user. Take a look at Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs and cycle through the options there until it displays your current IP address as seen on https://whatsmyip.com/. That will be the setting you need to use going forward, so click the SAVE button once you’re done.

Failing this, speak with your host and see whether there is any reason why this IP might be hitting your site so often as it could be related to other checks or security measures that are in place on your site.
