Hello! Your plugin is amazing. But I tested the contact form and noticed that I can’t send twice from the same IP. Or it turns out after a while. How does sending email through your plugin work, does it use blocking?
    Thanks!

@liliyalyfar1 Brave doesn’t have any blocking mechanism like that. Are you using a security plugin? Or perhaps you are using Cloudflare firewall?

I am not using additional protection. I’m also trying to figure out how the sending is done through your service or no matter which plugin, for example, contact forms 7. Does WordPress send all emails? And then maybe WordPress does it. I receive letters but if I resend the letter does not come. If I wait for a little then everything is fine again. I have done a lot of tests and am convinced of this.

Is this happening for Brave forms only? or same happens for contact forms 7?
When you making the test submissions, are you inserting huge text content or html content into any of the form fields?

I’ve tested this. Form 7 contact successfully sends the email the first time, but later I see the error There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
Unfortunately, your plugin always contains one successful submission phrase, although it was not submitted. Do you know what is blocking the re-sending of the letter? And yes … I just post the phone number in the textbox

@liliyalyfar1 Can you kindly share the page link where you added the Brave Popup?

    Thanks

    Of course!

Let me remind you that the first few attempts are always successful, but the next ones are not. After a while, everything is all right again.

@liliyalyfar1 Just made few test submissions without any blocking issues.

Can you please make sure your PC’s firewall or security software is not causing this issue?

Try with your mobile device and see if the same thing happens.

Also, you should remove the content of your popup’s mobile layout to display the desktop version on mobile devices as well. Or maybe re-create the same layout for mobile as well. Right now, its displaying the one came with the popup template you imported.

    Thanks

Sounds like the blocks are made by your email service provider.

Can you kindly change the receiving email address and make some test submissions and see if they all arrive?

    Thanks

I tried to change it to another yesterday, but they are all google mail. Perhaps this is the problem. Anyway, I am grateful for
your help. I will try to solve this problem.
And yes … Good luck with your project! Your plugin number one

@liliyalyfar1 Gmail should not block the emails as we use gmails to run the tests.

It could also be your webhost’s own security measure.

Kindly install this plugin and make some test submissions.

Then check the mail log. If all the submissions are shown successful in the log, then it could be an issue with gmail or with your own ISP.

    Thanks

Thanks. I’ll try this and let you know

I see all the letters in the magazine. But Google Mail received only the first three. It looks like Google is not designed for a large number (maybe a paid mail account is better) Thanks for this test
