IP blocking period custom

Is there any options can set IP blocking in a custom period
eg.
1) Set IP(A) block 1 year
2) IP(A) block by security for 1 month and I want to increase 1 month
3) same as above and I want to decrease 2 weeks
etc.More settings for IP instead of just unlock it
