    Allowlisting a user’s IP isn’t recommended in this case as it bypasses all Wordfence protection/checks and unless it’s a static IP, could be reassigned later to somebody with malicious intent before you’ve had a chance to remove or modify it. It’s likely the action they were attempting on the server rather than the user themselves causing the block.

    I’ve checked that IP and it doesn’t appear on our global blocklist, so the fact it’s been blocked so many times must mean a firewall rule or Wordfence setting is catching them. Take a look at your Live Traffic and filter the results by this IP to see what the reason given for any blocks. This will be in red text after expanding the entry by clicking the line itself, or eye icon in the corner.
