IP and email addresses visible to all

  • We have just noticed that our members email addresses and IP addresses are visible to everyone in the comments section of the dashboard. How can we fix that so private information isn’t available to all members and others?

    Who has access to the dashboard of your site? Are those visible to everyone?

    Yes, all members have a smaller, modified dashboard, but when they click on comments, it brings up the screenname, email address and IP address of all of the members who have commented

    Those things also show up when they get an email notification…the person it is notifying the member about has their info included in the email
