IP Address with Kadence Blocks

I use Kadence blocks for my website forms, and it saves the IP address of the person filling out the form. I want to get this User IP in my email along with the filled contact information.

In elementor, we get the complete info of the user in the footer.

I know Kadence keeps all this info in Kadence Database. But I want them to be in my email as well.
