IP address still getting through

    I had an IP address permanently blocked but they still got through… I have the rate limit and blocking turned on. They are card flipping on my site.

    Hi @jscottd, thanks for getting in touch.

    To confirm, the custom blocking rule by IP you have set up in Wordfence > Blocking still appears in “Current blocks for <your site>” and then still appears in Live Traffic despite this entry?

    I’d ideally need to see Live Traffic entries with timestamps if possible showing that they were able to access your site, along with the current block showing the same IP so that I can attempt to troubleshoot this. Feel free to send screenshots of these to wftest @ wordfence . com. Please add your forum username to the subject line and respond here after you have sent it.
