    Hi, I am trying to use your plugin. To import a prestashop database to wordpress. I have spoken to my hosting provider and they have told me that by default remote connections to MySQL are blocked unless whitelisted.

    Would you be able to tell me the IP address of the server which hosts the plugin so that I can whitelist this action.

    Or is there anything else you would suggest?

    It is the IP of your WordPress site.

    Another solution is to import a copy of the PrestaShop database on your WordPress site. In this case, you won’t have to open a remote MySQL connection.
