    Hi,

I can’t enable QUIC.CLOUD CDN. I get the following error:

The IP address is 145.223.106.124. How fo I fix this?

    Best regards,
    Evert

I checked in the pluging if it ‘s working, but it has the status “Paused” due to unauthorized access to REST API. It also says “Your token has expired”. See below.

you can ignore that part , the CDN has been set up already

Is the warning below something I should worry about?

LiteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.

    I’m using Wordfence.

I just tested connection to wp rest endpoint , and it seems working on me

please try enable options like ucss , ccss , image optm , and see if it works fine or not

Where can I change these settings? I can’t find them.

I also see image and page optimization etc. are 1 or 0%

My website is not reachable anymore. See below:

What a mess! This isn’t working at all!

520 error mean the CDN node can not connect to your origin server

you can go to my.quic.cloud -> this domain -> cdn -> bypass CDN , and/or add our IPs into your server’s security measure https://quic.cloud/ips

OK. I switched bypass CDN to “On”. My website is up again. Is there a way to verify the CDN is working since the plugin says it’s “Paused”.

The optimization doesn’t seem to work:

it was working , but then you have 520 error as connection issue

I’d suggest to ask your provider to properly check our IPs and better to whitelist them

    OK. Thanks so far!

I reinstalled Litespeed, but it still remembers my previous installation and API key etc. Is there a way to start fresh with a new QUIC.CLOUD account?
