IP address marked with incorrect country

IP address marked with incorrect country, thereby making your premium add-on that allows filtering by country useless to me. If you don’t fix this, can I have a refund?
Also, even if I mark messages from certain countries as spam, I still need to process them. It would be more useful if a permanent delete on certain countries was allowed.
Also, if I filter by ALL countries except country X, then just put that in as a single rule, rather than clogging up the filter list!
