IP Address issue

The website opens with everyone except me, I think because of the IP address, so I want the website to open with me, what do I have to do, by the way, I deleted the cache and history 24 hours ago
and I opened it with a private browser but still did not open and said this message on a blank page “There has been a critical error on this website.”

and all that happened after I disable plugin “woocommerce multilingual & multicurrency with wpml”
