IP Address doesn’t show up in Apache Log

This is a very useful plugin. One question/issue:

I’ve noticed that the IP address that shows up in the “Login Attempts Log” interface seems to be absent in my Apache Log. I’m wondering how this could be.

The reason this is important is that I now want to report abuse to the ISP but they require Apache Log Entries …but I can’t match the entries from “Login Attempts Log” to entries in the Apache Log.

Please advise.
